FM Barcode Scanner Support

FM Barcode Scanner is a free companion utility for authorized users of the Fashion Management platform.

The app allows users to scan product and sample barcodes and add the scanned items to an existing list in their authorized Fashion Management workspace.

An existing authorized Fashion Management account is required. Accounts cannot be created or purchased through the FM Barcode Scanner app.

The app does not contain purchases, subscriptions, paid upgrades, pricing, or external purchasing links.

How to Use the App

  1. Open FM Barcode Scanner.
  2. Sign in using your authorized Fashion Management account.
  3. Select an existing list.
  4. Allow access to the device camera.
  5. Scan a product or sample barcode.
  6. Confirm that the item has been added to the selected list.

Troubleshooting

I cannot sign in

Verify that you are using an active Fashion Management account. Contact your workspace administrator if you need assistance with account access.

The barcode is not recognized

Make sure the barcode is clearly visible, the camera lens is clean, and there is sufficient lighting.

The scanned item is not added

Check your internet connection and verify that the selected list is available in your Fashion Management workspace.
